AAMB sniper hits an occupation soldier directly in Sofa south of Gaza

A sniper from the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades directly hit and wounded an occupation soldier on Saturday, March 8, 2008, at 2:20 PM, near Sofa miliary site south of the Gaza Strip.

AAMB said in a statement that this came as a direct hit as the occupation soldier stood next to a military jeep and he fell to the ground after being hit, witnesses said.

AAMB said that this operation and the continuation of the people's resistance comes as a natural response to the aggression of the occupation and in response to the crimes of the occupier, in support of the Palestinian people's struggle and the struggle of Palestinian women on March 8, International Women's Day.
